DORMA GmbH & Co. KG intends to merge their operations in India at the site Chennai in one regional logistics centre consisting of a multifunctional production-/ storage hall and adjoining office- / training areas.
The climate concept schedules natural cooling by floor ducts underneath the floor slab that will reach a difference in temperature of 5 K compared with the ambient air.

The main supporting structure consist of truss-modules with a span of 15.20 m x 11.40 m. The office tract is designed as a freely tensioned in-situ concrete structure with field sizes of 11.40 m x 7.60 m.
